COTRAN-iBCS™ User Portal 
The COTRAN- iBCS™ comes with an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) User Portal that extends the control and management of communications tools to the end user. The easy-to-use Web-based Multi-media User Portal does not require any installation of client software on the end-user desktop. Call History is one of the key features of the COTRAN-iBCS User Portal. It allows the user to view their personal call detailed records. Users can view their Outgoing Calls, Incoming Calls and Missed Calls. From the Call History menu, the user can utilize the Click-to-Dial feature to dial a number from the call list in the Outgoing, Incoming or Missed Call menus.

 


The COTRAN-iBCS User Portal comes with a Calendar which allows users to plan and schedule meetings. The Calendar is a good collaborative tool that works well with the Meet-me-Conference feature. The Calendar can be viewed based on Day, Week, Month and Year. Users can import Calendar events (in CSV format) from MS Outlook

The COTRAN-iBCS User Portal comes with an Address Book that allows users to enter in their contact list. The Address Book is enabled with the Click-to-Dial feature that allows users to simply click onto a phone number in the address book to make a phone call. In addition, the Address Book allows contacts to be imported from PALM or MS Outlook via a CSV file.

The COTRAN-iBCS User Portal includes a Web-based Instant Messenger that can be accessed via any computer with an Internet connection. This presence-based application allows users to efficiently use Instant Messaging to communicate with their co-workers and allows users to identify themselves as being online and available for communication.

The COTRAN-iBCS User Portal includes a Web Voicemail application which allows users to retrieve and manage their voicemail messages from any computer with an Internet connection. Users can listen to the message or save it. In addition, users can use the Click-to-Dial feature to call the party who had left the message.
